Zus\u00e4tzlich wirkt der Tee durch seine Inhaltsstoffe unter anderem entz\u00fcndungshemmend, stoffwechself\u00f6rdernd\u00a0und kann sogar bei Heuschnupfen\u00a0und \u00dcbelkeit (z.B. Reise\u00fcbelkeit) helfen.<\/p>\n

Den Ingwer und die Limette gut waschen. Den Ingwer in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Die Limette auspressen und etwas von der Schale abreiben. Das Wasser in einem kleinen Topf zum kochen bringen. Den Ingwer, den Limettensaft und die Minze hinzugeben. 10 Minuten lang k\u00f6cheln lassen. 5 Minuten lang abk\u00fchlen lassen und den Honig unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
